Lil Hawks registration instructions:

Lil Hawks is for boys and girls born in 2007 or born in 2006 but not yet in Kindergarten. Teams will be co-ed. The registration fee is $75 with no discounts available for early registration or for registering multiple children.

Lil Hawks players should be registered at one of the in-person sessions

Friday November 18, 2011 - 6:45-8:45 - POB Library Room B

Friday December 16, 2011 - 6:45 - 8:45 - POB Library Room B

Friday January 20, 2012 - 6:45 - 8:45 - POB Library Room B

The children do not need to be present.

If you missed the registation sessions, do the following:

- print and complete the attached registration form

- make a copy of something the shows that your child was born in 2007 or 2006

- make a copy of something that shows your address

- write a check for $75 to Plainview Baseball Association

- mail everythiing to PO Box 931 Plainview

The documents other than the registration form will be destroyed once the registration is processed.

When registering your child for Lil Hawks, you must present 1 proof of age (anything that shows the age will do) and 1 proof of residence. The documents presented are not kept by the League.

Although we make every effort to find a spot in Lil Hawks for every child who wants to play, should we have to close out the division, preference will be given to children from the Plainview-Old Bethpage community.
