Spring Registration Information
All offical registrations must be done online, even if you attend one of the in-person sessions. Computers will be available at the in-person sessions.
- Mini Hawks & Lil Hawks: $100/child (no discounts available)
- Little League (Kindergarten - Little League age 12):
- 1st child - $175 (Discounted registration fee: $150 until 1/31/18)
- 2nd child - $125
- 3rd child - $100
- Challenger: No fee
There are no multiple child discounts applied if the children are in different programs, i.e. one child in Lil Hawks and one in Little League.
Refund requests received by February 15, 2018 will be honored. After that date, a refund request must be accompanied by a doctor's note.

Paperwork Requirements: (If you are emailing a picture with your mobile phone, please select "full size" or equivalent when sending. Small pictures are not legible.)
Proof of residency for players in all age groups: copies of three (3) proofs of residence must be submitted. Please see Little League International's website for details. Note: Only documents from group I, II and III are required. The school form is not required. Proof of residency documents
Proof of Age and Grade:
All divisions: must submit a birth certificate or equivalent. Click here for detail of acceptable proof of age, if not submitting a birth certificate.
All divisions, other than Lil Hawks: The player's Demographics report from the School District Parent Portal showing the registered child's grade. Please be sure to first select a student and then second click the "Demographics" link. This will show the player's date of birth and grade. Please feel free to blacken all of the additional info on the Demographics report before submitting.

If player does not go to school in Plainview Old-Bethpage, you can submit a letter with grade from a school official.
Paperwork may be submitted at one of our in-person registration sessions at Modell's in Plainview.

We urge you to register your children in a timely manner. In early February, we must determine how many teams will be in each division and what the maximum number of children per team will be. Once those numbers are determined, a maximum will be placed on each division. When that maximum number is reached, a waiting list will start. As the calendar turns to March, and the competitive division drafts take place, registration for those divisions will close. So even though registration links may remain active, individual divisions may either be in a waiting list mode or closed.
Volunteerism is vital to the continued success of the Little League. We know that everyone has busy lives, but without managers and coaches, we cannot have teams. We also need parents to assist with other aspects of the league.
We recommend that you complete the registration process from a computer rather than a mobile browser, e.g. phone or tablet.
